The kitchen is equipped with everything a family needs for in-suite dining! ! The view of the majestic Popocatépetl volcano from our spacious suite was absolutely breathtaking.

While the staff was professional, they lacked warmth and friendliness during our interactions.

Positive, We loved our stay! The suite was perfect for the family, equipped with a full-size fridge and a cozy kitchen. Breakfast had a great variety, and we enjoyed the views of the volcano from the room. The gym was a nice perk too. 🌄

perfectly situated for exploring Puebla's landmarks and parks

during my stay, I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of Paseo De Los Gigantes Park, which is just a short stroll away, and the close proximity to fascinating museums like the Museo De La Musica Mexicana, giving me plenty to explore right from my doorstep.

i almost gave this place a good review, but i just couldn’t. they don’t take IGH points unless you book directly, which didn’t sit well with me. oh, and those low walls on the outdoor terrace? beauty can’t hide the danger! i expected a warm welcome, but got nothing. so disappointing.

During our family trip, we found this place to be an excellent mid-stop between our journeys. The suites come with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, like a full-size refrigerator and an electric stovetop. The breakfast had a great variety and truly captured the essence of Mexican cuisine. One of my favorite parts was the stunning view of the Popocatépetl volcano from our room. The proximity to various attractions, like the Museo Casa del Titere y Marionetas Mexicanas and Cuexcomate, was definitely a bonus.

I tried to use my IHG number to get points, but since I booked through a third-party site, they refused to honor it. I was extremely frustrated after spending time trying to explain my frequent visits. This was disappointing because I expected better treatment considering my loyalty. Also, the walls on the outdoor terraces are alarmingly low, which was a concern for my family’s safety.

The breakfast offers a delightful variety, showcasing the great flavors of Mexican cuisine. The pool is warm and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. Our room is impeccable, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in, with a lovely view of the surroundings.

The check-in process was somewhat rushed and could have been more welcoming.

It was a commendable fit for a lightning trip in Puebla with good value. The spacious laundry room in the suite was a nice surprise. Make sure to ask for a room with a good view.

The Staybridge Suites provided a spacious meeting room equipped with modern A/V technology, ideal for my work conferences. The amenities were impressive, including a well-maintained fitness center and a warm, clean pool. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety, showcasing great flavors of Mexican cuisine, making it a pleasant start to my days.

Would recommend for a speedy visit.

Comfortable suite, convenient amenities, featuring a full-size refrigerator and outdoor swimming pool, made our stay enjoyable as a family with children during our one-night visit.
